# Agency Cloud

> Agency Cloud is a web app for agencies and small businesses that puts invoices, CRM and HR in one workspace. Customers, people and permissions are shared, so nothing is typed twice. There is a free plan with no time limit and no card needed.

## What it does

- **Invoices:** estimates, invoices and recurring invoices with PDF and email; partial payments; overdue marking and automatic payment reminders; several taxes per invoice (for example CGST and SGST); bills from suppliers; profit and loss and tax reports exportable to CSV and PDF.
- **CRM:** a drag-and-drop lead pipeline with owners and follow-up reminders; proposals from templates, signed online by typing or drawing, with a signed PDF for both sides; converting a lead to a customer once, ready to invoice.
- **HR:** employee profiles, departments, office locations and holidays; check-in within an office radius and work-from-home requests; leave balances that accrue monthly, with manager or HR approval.
- **Payroll:** monthly runs that deduct unpaid leave and absences, reviewed before they are finalised, with payslip PDFs emailed to each person.
- **Access:** Owner, Admin, Accountant, Sales, HR Manager, Manager and Employee roles that can be edited. Each company’s data is kept separate.

One price per month for you, not per person. The plan covers every company you create.

- **Free** (free, no time limit): Everything you need to start invoicing, on your own. Includes 1 users per company, 5 invoices per month, 1 companies.
- **Freelancer** ($9.00 a month, 14-day free trial): For freelancers who sell and invoice every week, with CRM, advanced reports and the mobile app. Includes CRM, Advanced reports, 1 users per company, 100 invoices per month, 1 companies.
- **Agency** ($29.00 a month, 14-day free trial): Invoices, CRM, HR and payroll for agencies and growing teams. Includes CRM, HR, Payroll, Advanced reports, Recurring invoices and bills, 15 users per company, unlimited invoices per month, 1 companies.
