Questions

What does “lifetime” mean?

You pay once and keep your plan, with the features and limits shown on this page, for as long as Agency Cloud is offered. We won’t charge you for it again.

Is it really a single payment?

Yes. One card payment, through Razorpay, in US dollars. Prices exclude taxes such as GST, which are added where they apply.

I already pay for a plan. Can I switch?

Yes. You can buy the lifetime deal from your billing page, and the unused part of the period you have paid for is credited, the same way it is when you upgrade.

What if I need more than my plan includes?

The limits are the plan’s limits. If you outgrow them you can move to a bigger plan, or add extra companies at the price shown on your billing page.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Ask within 14 days of paying and we will refund the payment in full. See the refund policy for the details.
