How do retainers work?
Make your first retainer invoice, then tick it and choose Make recurring. Pick how often it repeats and when it should stop. Each new invoice is made on the right day in your company’s time zone, and you can pause or resume it at any time.
How do payment reminders work?
Turn reminders on in settings and choose the days before and after the due date. Invoices past their due date are marked overdue, and each reminder is emailed once, to the customer and the extra contacts you added.

Can invoices carry my brand?
Yes. Your logo, company name and tax number appear on every invoice PDF, and emails show your company name and reply to your address.
Can clients see their invoices online?
Yes, on the top plan clients can sign in to a portal to see their invoices, payments, estimates, proposals and projects.
