Short answer
Agency Cloud sends payment reminders by email on the days you choose, before and after the due date. Each reminder goes out once, from your company name, to the customer and the extra contacts you added. Invoices past their due date are marked overdue on your dashboard, so you see at a glance who owes what.
- Choose the days before and after the due date
- Sent once each, never repeated by mistake
- From your company name, replies come to you
- Edit the reminder wording in settings
Can I change what the reminder says?
Yes. Every email has a template you can edit in settings, with merge fields such as the customer name, invoice number, amount and due date.
What about bills I owe?
You can turn on reminders for your own bills too, so supplier payments are not missed.
Questions
Are reminders on by default?
No. A new company turns them on in Settings, then chooses the days.
