Proposals and contracts your clients sign online
Last reviewed by the Agency Cloud team at Nilede Technologies
Short answer
Agency Cloud lets you send proposals and service contracts that clients sign online. Start from a ready-made format (one-time project, retainer or service contract), sign it yourself, and send a secure link. The client signs by typing or drawing their name, with no account to create. The text is locked once sent, and both sides receive the signed PDF by email.
- Ready-made formats you can edit
- Your signature first, then the client’s
- Text locked and fingerprinted once sent
- Signed PDF emailed to both sides
How do I know the client signed what I sent?
When you send a proposal its text is frozen and fingerprinted, and the fingerprint is checked again at signing. The signing record keeps the name, method, time and device details. Sending again or withdrawing replaces the link, so older links stop working.
Can a proposal expire?
Yes. Set a valid-until date. After the end of that day, on your company’s clock, the client can no longer sign or decline it.
Questions
Do clients need to download anything?
No. The proposal opens in their browser on any device.
Is an online signature legally valid?
Electronic signatures are recognised in many countries, including India, the UK, the UAE and the US, but rules differ by document type. Check with your lawyer for contracts that need a specific form of signature.
