Short answer
Agency Cloud includes a client portal on the top plan. Your customer’s contacts sign in with a one-time link sent to their email, with no password to remember. They see their invoices, payments, estimates, proposals and projects, and can send you a question. Drafts and internal notes never appear.

What can clients not see?
Draft documents, internal project notes and who created what. A contact only ever sees their own company’s records, and access ends when you turn it off or change their email.
