Short answer
Agency Cloud records attendance with check-in limited to your office radius. Set the office location on a map and a radius in metres. Employees check in and out from their phone or computer, and an approved work-from-home day lets them check in from anywhere. Late marking, automatic check-out and absent marking run by themselves.

Is employee location tracked all day?
No. Location is used only at the moment of check-in, to confirm the person is inside the radius, and it is kept only when the office rule used it. It is deleted after a set period.
Can HR correct a mistake?
Yes. Corrections need a reason, and the record keeps what changed and who changed it.
Questions
Do employees need to install an app?
No. Agency Cloud works in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen like an app.
Does attendance feed payroll?
Yes. Days marked absent and approved unpaid leave reduce pay as loss of pay in the monthly payroll run.
