Short answer
Agency Cloud runs monthly payroll for small teams. Build salary structures from earnings and deductions, fixed or as a percentage, such as HRA as a share of basic or provident fund at 12% of basic. Each month it works out working days, deducts unpaid leave and absences as loss of pay, lets you review and adjust, then emails each person a payslip PDF with your logo.

How is loss of pay calculated?
Working days are the person’s days that are not holidays or weekly offs. Days lost are approved unpaid leave, days marked absent and days before joining. Loss of pay is earnings times days lost divided by working days, shown as its own line on the payslip.
Can a finalised payroll be changed?
No. Finalising locks the run so payslips always match what was paid. HR can resend a payslip email at any time.
Questions
Does it handle statutory filing such as PF and ESI returns?
No. It works out pay and deductions and makes payslips. Statutory filing stays with your accountant or payroll provider.
Who can see salaries?
Only roles with payroll permission, such as HR Manager and Accountant. Employees see only their own payslips.
